Justin Bieber took a brief break from making out with Hailey Baldwin in select parks around New York City to get dinner with her at West Village's Casa restaurant last night. It was there that he couldn't help himself gush anew about the love of his life, the woman Bieber reportedly has "never felt more sure about" (forget that whole on-off thing with Selena Gomez) to the waiter serving them, a source told People. He described her in a novel way this time, the source said: "He told his waiter, 'She's hot. I did well, huh?' And Hailey was all smiles."
