A Los Angeles Judge ruled in Onyebuchi's favour on Thursday because the rapper never responded to the suit. He is to pay the LAPD Officer Onyebuchi $100,000 for damages he suffered.
Onyebuchi who was off duty and The Game were playing hoops when they got into an argument and he punched him in the face.
The altercation was caught on video and Onyebuchi later sued The Game alleging he suffered brain damage as a result of the assault.
The Game claimed Onyebuchi threatened to bring out his police gun and was about to strike him so he hit him in self defence.
The Video was however at variance with The Game's version as he could be seen coming behind the cop and punching him.
The Game also allegedly told the cop he was going to kill him and as such he was also charged with felony for making threats against a police officer. Most of the compensation will go towards Onyebuchi's medical costs and related damages.
