The Body Shop Smoked Poppy range looks gorgeous

I walked past the Body Shop last night and felt the urge to splurge coming on. I don't know what it is about skincare but I cannot resist it. I really can't. I am also like this about stationary as well. I cannot cope in Paperchase. I could spend hours in there. So I was initially drawn to a window of the Body Shop due to the wonderful display of skincare featuring green tea. I love green tea. I wish someone would make a Moroccan tea skincare line as I would be ALL OVER IT. It would have green tea and mint in it. Perfection.

Anyway, I didn't see the poppy skincare but I am intrigued by it. I love the idea of that brush (they made it look like a poppy!) and the body scrub as well. I don't get on well with the Body Shop body butters as I find them too greasy but the scubs can be nice. I am due a purchase of some body scrub at the moment. The scrub is made with actual poppy seeds inside the cream. Which is what exfoliates. While the gel is made using honey from Ethiopia. The body butter features fairtrade shea butter from Ghana. This is the ethos of the Body Shop - ethically source, animal cruelty free and healthy ingrediants which do not upset person or planet.
I'm impressed by the price of the Body Shop in this country. I always think its more expensive then it is. I think because it seems much more expensive in Ireland then here. It could also be because I spend a lot more on skincare now then I did before. I also am willing to spend even more if it works. I mean Kiehls splurges are a thing now. Shudder.
But yeah, I think I might actually go today and have a look.
